You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, untouched items for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify, pieces must show no scratches or wear and come back in their original Stacked&Co packaging.

Custom, made-to-order, and engraved pieces are final sale. They were made for you, and only you.

Changed your mind on the details? Swap for different sizes, metals, or styles once the original item is received.

Approved refunds process to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returned items must be sent tracked and insured. Items lost or damaged on the way back cannot be refunded.
